Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Claims → Register New Claim 2. Fill form: - Policy: Select any active policy - Claim Amount: 250000 - Date Reported: Today's date - Date of Loss: Yesterday's date - Incident Description: Test incident description for claim - Status: Pending - Notes (optional): Test notes 3. Click "Create Claim"
